Coach Sivels is Seaford Middle School's Basketball coach. He is a vital factor to Basketball team. He has touched more than just Basketball players; he has touched struggling students, football players, and more. He betters us as people, motivates us and supports us. Day or night, he is there when any of us call on him. He has always and will always fight for us. He would never give up on no matter how hard the battle would be, with that said, we won't give up on him. Without starting a conversation by showing how much Coach Sivels has impacted the students at SMS, he will not be given another chance. Help us create an opportunity to give a hardworking and impactful coach another chance, because the type of coach that a job description can depict someone to be is not half of what Coach Sivels already is.
We just hit 500 signatures for Coach Sivels. Stop by the school board office tomorrow to drop off these names and text three friends to help us keep this momentum moving.

He not only teaches how to play the game but also how to be a productive responsible and respectful young person. In today’s society we need more positive role models such as this Coach. Not one person in this district is perfect and not nearly enough are dedicated to our children.

Being a coach myself his impact on the kids has been tremendous. There should be a warning and a 1 game suspension before you just dismiss him from the team! We fully support what coach has brought to the program

SFC retired and I’ve known this coach and his family his whole life. He supports these children and their families. He truly puts the kids before himself and you will not find any other coach that would have his dedication. Please reconsider any disciplinary actions.
