ive been getting messages from parents and players about the same issues and its honestly wild to see how much this is impacting the team. im still working on getting a meeting with the athletic department to lay all this out for them.

im honestly amazed at how much traction this has gained so quickly. it definitely shows that a lot of us are on the same page about needing a change for the team.

He has been destroying the program ever since he started coaching something needs to be done soon
He really sucks at coaching and needs to get his chose lookin ass outta midland
Coach Ellis is a good person but he isn't qualified to be head coach of a high school soccer team. I have played the last 8 years in travel soccer under well trained and certified soccer coaches. Joining the high school soccer team at Cabell midland was like being thrown back into rec league soccer.
Coach Ellis has no idea what he is doing. He doesn't know who to play where to play them or when to play them, he should not be head coach
He does not know how to coach. He doesn't know when or where to put people in the game.

I could do a way better job. I know way more ab this beautiful game then whatever he's tryna do. Period.
