I have been reading through the stories you are all leaving here and honestly the cost of just getting home is becoming completely unmanageable for so many people. I am currently formatting these notes into a document to send over to the transport committee because they really need to see how this impacts our daily lives instead of just looking at spreadsheets.

I really never expected this to take off like it has when I was just sitting at my desk feeling completely frustrated by my latest ferry bill. It feels like people are finally noticing how impossible these travel costs have become for everyone living out here which is honestly such a huge relief.

Living on the island is expensive enough without these constant price hikes. It is basically a lifeline for us and we are being priced out of our own homes.
Just trying to get to a doctor appointment shouldn't cost half a weeks wages. Enough is enough.
prices are way to high for locals.
Too expensive. My kids go to school on the mainland and it costs a fortune just to get them there and back
ABOUT TIME. Its ridiculous how much we pay compared to everyone else.

How are we supposed to keep living here if the ferry costs more every single year. Sort it out.
