PLEASE fix this. we have been paying for top tier speeds and getting nothing for months.
The internet is constantly dropping out here. It is impossible to get any work done when the speed is this slow.
We also need choice of telephone and internet providers

Need actual help when things go down on weekends. tired of waiting 3 days for a tech to show up
