Most of the roads are not paved at all so far. The roads will freeze over night because of the cold creating hazardous conditions to drive. There is alot of black ice on the roads. It will beVERY COLDtomorrow. Several students live far away and it would be impossible to make the morning commute. There is a dangerous amount of ice under the snow. People are skidding off the road.
