ABSOLUTELY. HOA fees are already there so lets use them for something we can actually enjoy with our neighbors.
Yes please! We moved here specifically for the family atmosphere and a pool would be perfect for the kids in the summer.

would love a playground for the little ones. getting tired of driving across town just to find a slide.
