Chris Lacey was hit and killed in Roland, Oklahoma from a driver that was texting and driving. He was killed on his birthday walking home from The Casino. There is no law about texting in driving in Oklahoma. So this petition is to get a law passed against driving and texting at the same time In Oklahoma, so no other family has to lose a love one in this manner. This is my fiancee son that was killed
