I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum we have built together. This progress belongs entirely to the people who care about keeping our town simple and manageable.

VOTE NO!!! Clear Lake is fine the way it is. Stop trying to turn our town into a bureaucratic mess.
Ridiculous. Clear Lake should stay simple. Leave local residents alone.
This new ordinance is way too complicated. Why do we need to make things harder for property owners who just want to live their lives?
Keep the regulations simple. Nobody wants more red tape in Clear Lake.
we need to keep it like it always been. stick to the basic rules and stop adding stuff no one asked for.

Update what we have to match state law and leave it at that. The proposal is overkill.
