The 3800 block of Windsor Mill Road is overwhelmed with illegal dumping and bulk trash. Although several requests have been made for cleanup to the City Councilman for this district, the Mayor, as well as the Department of Housing and Community Development, nothing has been done. Yes, we are as a country dealing with a pandemic but we deserve to live in a community that is clean, sanitary, and welcoming. We deserve for our voices to be heard. We deserve action. Not tomorrow, today!

Not to mention a multi-million dollar Health and Wellness facility is currently being built at the old Cahill Recreation Center. Which is approximately 3 blocks from the nearby neighborhood devastation of trash. We must do better! We can do better! The money allocated for this project should have instead been used to improve our community.

Finally, we are seeking to get the following implemented by our local government as quickly and as safely as possible:

1. Immediate clean up of 3800 Windsor Mill Road 21216.

2. Improved lighting, cameras, and periodic checks in high frequented areas.
