Litter, drink and drugs are abusing our streets and creating an unhappy and unsociable atmosphere within town and city centres. My name is Sandra White and I live in Spalding, Lincolnshire. I am campaigning voluntarily on this subject. We have had enough of litter, drink & other substances spoiling our towns and streets. I have been collecting singatures on a Tuesday & Saturday morning in the town, already reaching approximately 5000 signatures. A fantastic response from the local people, prooving how this affects us all. In order to present this to the Prime Minister & Downing Street, London I require 100,00 Signatures.
