Citizens of Morgan County: If you wish to have the police jurisdiction eliminated, please sign this petition. If you are tired of a city who is trying to take from those who can't vote but yet they want to impose taxes and fees, and if you want to limit the power a city has to their corporate boundaries and you think this tax in the police jurisdiction is unfair and taxation without representation, please sign this petition to show the Morgan county Legislative Delegation that we, as tax paying citizens, are sick of being forced to pay extra money to a city that obviously doesn't think we matter according to their council president. If they need to steal from the voices who can't vote to supplement their budget, then they shouldn't have a police jurisdiction, or to have the option to impose on those citizens who have no voice.
