Absolute disgrace how they treat our veterans. 26 years of service and they hide behind paperwork excuses. Sort it out!
This man deserves every penny he earned. Shame on them for passing the buck.
Common sense needs to prevail here. It was a simple administrative error by their own staff. Pay the man.
Poor Chris. Passed around like a hot potato while he is 17k out of pocket. Disgusting.
