Who is with me on this ? I would love as many signatures as I can to get this a reality . Anything is possible if you believe . I think schools should have a mandatory mental health class, where you learn about Depression , Anxiety , Eating disorders & all other mental health disorders & learn good coping skills & how to get help & that you don't have to deal with it on your own
These should be compulsory in all year groups. Children need to be reassured that it is ok not to be ok at times, and nothing is ever considered "too silly" for them to talk about. Having a crap day, a crap week, or month is normal, and they need to be taught effective coping strategies to deal with these emotions, as well as how to recognise when something might not be "normal" for them.

This is so important. Our children are under so much pressure and they need to learn how to cope with it. Too many children die because they just don't know how to deal with the stresses of life.
