This petition is to gather information on the possibility of having a Bluff wide atv/utv route. These routes will run on all paved roads.
With the ever growing popularity of atvs and utvs being used for ice fishing and winter recreation many have voiced the want for a route to get to and from the lake in the winter. As of today we only have a snowmobile route that allows not only our residents access to lake but others to come in off the lake to our establishments. By adding a atv/utv route it will allow the same rights for atv/utv owners to get on and off the lake. As we have residents on every street that ice fish that use an atv/utv.
Routes will operate under regulations of Wis Stat. s. 23.33.

I support that ATV’s. & 4 Wheeler’s be allowed the same rights as the snowmobile in the Charlie Bluff area
ATV/UTV routes for charlie bluff and Lake Koshkonong would be a great benefit for businesses and uses alike.
This will help local riders as well as those using the boat launch get to and from home or to get a bite to eat at the local establishments.
No reason we shouldn't be able to ride off the ice to one of the restaurants in the bluff
This will benefit my restaurant. Allowing customers to warm up and grab a bite to eat while ice fishing.

I think it's a good idea. Kids have to have safety classes so I see know harm. And grown ups know enough to drive safely.
