This petition is to gather information on the possibility of having a Bluff wide atv/utv route. These routes will run on all paved roads.

With the ever growing popularity of atvs and utvs being used for ice fishing and winter recreation many have voiced the want for a route to get to and from the lake in the winter. As of today we only have a snowmobile route that allows not only our residents access to lake but others to come in off the lake to our establishments. By adding a atv/utv route it will allow the same rights for atv/utv owners to get on and off the lake. As we have residents on every street that ice fish that use an atv/utv.

Routes will operate under regulations of Wis Stat. s. 23.33.
