Do you ever hate how Halloween ends up being on a school day so you have to worry about your parents making you go home early? Well my idea is that we have Halloween on the last Friday of October each year! If you think this is a good idea and you don't like how it ended up being on a school day then hurry up and sign this petition!

Halloween on a school day is absolutely awful. Why should you worry about school the next day after trick or treating when you could be munching on the candy you worked for?

Saw this on "LIVE with Kelly," but she did not know the website to go to, to sign. Luckily it was easy enough to search for, and find! Great idea, and thank you!
