Hello all,
In an effort to make the Saturday shifts less dreadful, continue to service the students, and still get the most out of our weekends I am proposing a change to the half day hours. If implemented, when we are scheduled for a Saturday shift, the Friday before we would work 9 AM- 2 PM and on Saturday we would work 9AM- 12 PM. I think it would benefit everyone's schedule if we had more of our Saturday available than not. We work Monday-Thursday for 8 hours, if we worked in descending order, our half day weeks would go as follows Mon- Thursday-8 hours, Friday- 5 hours, Saturday- 3 hours.
