We the undersigned, support the aims and objectives of Chance Wicklow. (https://www.facebook.com/Chance.Wicklow/info). In particular we urge Wicklow County Council and the ISPCA who run the pound on behalf of the council, to grant access to Chance volunteers to photograph pound dogs, and to place those pictures of them online in order to assist pound staff in their work reuniting and rehoming pound dogs and in order to give every dog entering Wicklow Pound a Chance.
