The undersigned hereby request the CFSD and its Governing Board abide by their obligation to carry out the will of the people of this District and follow the plans proposed in the bond that was approved by voters. The Board should remove the maintenance facility from the program for the new CFSD bus facility. Furthermore we request that ingress/egress be addressed in a way that does not rely on the easement from the Junior League. No plan should be approved that does not address the above issues.
