I have been staring at my inbox for hours waiting for a reply from the council but so far just crickets which honestly makes me even more determined to keep this going. It feels like things are moving slowly and then suddenly all at once especially with how many people keep reaching out with their own experiences that sound so much like mine.

I honestly never thought this would gain this much steam when I typed it out on my laptop at the kitchen table late that one night. It just keeps growing and I am really trying to wrap my head around the fact that so many people actually feel the same frustration I do about the Council.

Support this 100%. We deserve better working conditions and proper representation.
TOTAL DISGRACE how they are treating staff. hope they actually read this!
Enough is enough. Listen to the workers for once instead of just ignoring us.
About time someone stood up to them. SGEU needs to do better by its own people.
really feel like we mean nothing to the leadership. hope this forces some change.

the council has been ignoring our concerns for way to long. fix this now.
