The developers at Century Heights think they can ignore our neighborhood while they clog up our streets with their mess. I am currently hounding the planning board for answers because they refuse to acknowledge that 53rd Ave is a total nightmare waiting to happen.

i live right by the intersection and it takes forever to get out of my driveway in the mornings. do not let this happen yet.
Please fix the road first! That area is already packed and putting phase 3 in now is just gonna cause major accidents.
infrastructure first development later. simple as that.
total mess. the city planners obviously dont live here.
53rd is already a nightmare. they seriously think adding more houses without a road fix is a good idea?

way too much traffic on hugo lately. my kids cant even ride bikes safely anymore. stop the build!!!!
