WE RESOLVE to petition Governor Branstad to censure Board of Regents President Pro Tem Bruce Rastetter on grounds of gross conflict of interest for his involvement in the partnership between AgriSol, Iowa State University and the government of Tanzania.
We feel that the way in which President Pro Tem Rastetter and AgriSol entered into this partnership with ISU was not sufficiently transparent and did not adequately consider the interests of the Tanzanian people who currently occupy the land.
I, the undersigned, currently reside in Iowa and am 18 years or older. I have read and understood this resolution. I request that the following petition be presented to Governor Branstad.

We are currently formalizing the request for a complete public audit of the AgriSol partnership terms. I am in the process of coordinating a meeting with the Governor's office to present these findings and demand full disclosure regarding the conflict of interest.

Ridiculous that this is allowed to slide. Transparency is a joke with these guys.
