JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!! No more excuses from parents who think they can hide the truth.
How can you wait 30 days to say your kid is gone?? That poor baby deserved better than that. This law is long overdue.

Makes zero sense that this isnt already a law. Nobody should be able to get away with not reporting a child missing. period.
