Como ya debe ser de su conocimiento el camino privado en la finca donde se ubica Casa Sulà se encuentra en mal estado; al ser un camino de lastre, con el paso de lluvias en época de invierno, el transito diario y demás, la mayoría del trayecto se encuentra con huecos y piedras sueltas que dificultan el paso de los vehículos, además con el transitar diario por este nuestros vehículos están sufriendo daños más que todo en el sistema de suspensión y amortiguación, lo cual económicamente nos afecta.
Por tal motivo es que recurrimos a ustedes como comité administrativo, para que de la mejor manera podamos resolver este problema y contar con un buen camino para transitar.
Sin más por el momento, agradeciendo de antemano la atención al respecto, nos despedimos, quedando atentos a su respuesta.

As you may already be aware, the private road on the farm where Casa Sulà is located is in poor condition.
Being a gravel road, with the passage of rainy season, daily traffic and others, most of the road has holes and loose stones that make it difficult for vehicles to transit. In addition, as we transit daily through this road, our vehicles are suffering damage, mostly to the suspension systems, which affects us financially.
For this reason, we turn to you as the administrative committee, so that we can best solve this problem and have a good road to transit as we bring our children to Casa Sulà.

I have finalized the formal request document detailing the vehicle damage and transit difficulties caused by the current state of the road. This letter will be delivered to the administrative committee this week to initiate a review of repair options. I will report back on their formal response as soon as they acknowledge receipt.

Ojala arreglen eso pronto porque en invierno es casi imposible pasar sin quedar pegados o que se le joda algo al carro

Es una urgencia. Ya se me daño la direccion del carro por esos huecos tan grandes y nadie responde por eso
