I have money tied up in tickets and they keep pushing off date instead of cancel event so we get refunds... dangerous location for COVID .. highest number in USA .. we want our money back ! I will never buy another ticket to this event after this .

very disappointing that we were not even given the option to use at next years festival if not a refund we were coming from canada and cant even get across the boarder and even if we could would have to self distance for 14 days

To reschedule a summer event to fall during a pandemic and not offer refunds is fraudulent and overall completely wrong.

Yes these people need to refund the money to people who cannot attend this event. It is a rip off this year. They have moved the event to September which South Carolina is one of the highest he had people right now with COVID-19, And being in the medical field it is not a good thing. Horry county which is we are Myrtle Beach is is number one with the hot spots right now because of tourism and it is not going away anytime soon. This company is also taken away most of the headlining Musicians which are friends of mine which are not coming to participate and are not participating until next year after March or April. They have canceled all of their tours also. I feel that these people should be refunded their money because no one knew this was coming and it is a pandemic. No one like me with immunodeficiency issues want to be in this to DIE!

I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but they informed me there was nothing they could do. Just give everyone the option for a refund who wants one.

It’s a little disheartening that they refuse to refund people their hard earned money. I bought two VIP tickets way back when they first went on sale then the dates changed and due to the new dates we won’t be able to make it because of other obligations and I’ve found it increasingly difficult to sell the tickets especially since they aren’t physically in hand yet. Something needs to happen because the more this goes on the more I feel like these promoters are nothing more than crooks.

I paid over $800 for 4 GA tickets. We sure could use this money for other things. My wife is still not back to her regular work schedule.
