With reference to the email from Ardent dated Sept 22, 2023 and subsequent response from petitioners on Sept 25, 2023: We, the undersigned members of Caravelle at Windward Park Townhome Association, hereby petition the Windward Park Townhome Association Inc. Board of Directors to call special in person meeting to discuss and resolve all issues related to adding school bus stops on Catamaran Ct before the onset of Winter of 2023. This is an urgent matter hence advise Board to call special in person meeting of all concerned residents and that notice of special meeting regarding this issue be sent to the membership as provided for in Windward Park Townhome Association Inc. Bylaws
