We, the undersigned members of Caravelle at Windward Park Townhome Association, hereby petition the Windward Park Townhome Association Inc. Board of Directors to call a special meeting (in person) to remove Mr Monther Elnajjar from Board of Directors and elect new board members through voting replacing them. We have lost confidence in them due to gross mismanagement and financial misconduct during their tenure. The meeting should be called of all concerned residents and that notice of special meeting including the process to appoint new board members should be sent to all concerned residents as provided for in Caravelle at Windward Park Townhome Association Inc., bylaws.

I honestly cannot believe how quickly this is snowballing because when I started this I figured it might just be me shouting at a brick wall. People are actually noticing the mess we are in and it feels like the momentum is finally shifting in our favor since we really deserve better than what is happening with the board right now.

tired of the excuses. just follow the bylaws and let us vote for someone who actually cares about the property.
Ridiculous mismanagement. My property value is dropping because of these people.
We need a change in leadership now. Things have been going downhill for months.
UNACCEPTABLE behavior from someone who is supposed to be looking out for the neighborhood. Needs to go ASAP.
About time. The way the budget is being handled is a complete joke and we are all paying the price for it.
