The signers of this petition hereby request that the question be presented at the November, 2010, election: "Shall the territory currently platted as Candlewick Lake Association property, with the exclusion of the sections that have been incorporated into the Village of Poplar Grove, be incorporated as a city?" Please note: this question does NOT involve removing of the gates or changing any of the private property into public property
