i have losses of £20,000 + and feel we have been lied to by the bod of xcite, in order to line their own pockets, someone in authority needs to bring these people to task.

I have been with this company for several years now and I am deeply disappointed with the continuing lies from the BOD.

The board of directors actions should be investigated by the SFO with a view to prosecution for colluding with bondholders to defraud shareholders and all assets of the be frozen until a decision to prosecute or not be made.

Simply scandalous. There is no doubt in my mind suitable investors/ partners could have been found if they had wanted to, for such a huge asset. This looks like a fraud and what I thought was one of the safest long term investments on AIM will very likely take me under.

tens of thousands of my hard earned money put into this absymal shambles of a company. the directors should not walk away scot-free. this has fraud written all over and frankly I am shocked that this level of fraudulences passes unchecked in the UK

I too am a long term 'investor' and stand to lose £10's of thousands. Like others here I cannot believe how such a strong asset, as described in the RNS(s), can simply be 'managed' into oblivion. As stated above, this company should not be allowed to continue to be licensed without full compensation for shareholders, and anyone on the BOD should be investigated/prevented from repeating this type of mismanagement 'fraud'. I also cannot believe how a company failure of this scale is not automatically investigated by the various financial services bodies and Companies House etc. ??

I am a long term disabled investor wanting a better care package for my later life. I got suckered into the promises the company were making and I have lost 10s of thousands of pounds that I can no longer put to my future care needs.

Shocking!! The worst investment of my life, £100k of savings down the tubes to a crooked, clueless BOD who strung us shareholders along for as long as possible with lies and false promises to line their own pockets for as long as possible, they should be ashamed of themselves or at least locked up for fraud......!!

I was what I considered to be a large share holder. This company has been miss-managed and there is a great asset which still can release a large profit. Please consider this in your decision making.

I've been invested in this company for the last 5yrs and I still can't understand how it end up in such a mess? UK strategic North Sea asset, successful EWT, independently proven reserves, low extraction cost. How is it possible there is no funding available for it? This needs to be investigated as it simply doesn't make any sense.
