Final supporters
After allowing students to freely make plans on the supposed half day that had been planned for February 8, 2018 since the beginning of the year, it was decided to make it a full day, due to a delayed opening. As many of the students have already figured out what will be happening during that day according to a half day schedule, it is hard to change those plans in some circumstances just one day before. Please sign this petition to cancel school fully, or revert it back to the scheduled half day.

The USABO is on Friday! A half day tomorrow would have been ideal for completing assignments due the next day early, allowing us to be well rested for the exam. A number of students were planning on using the half day to review. :/
As someone who has been looking forward to the half day as a time to catch up on lots of work, it is a shock that I will no longer have this time to work. Now I will have more stress on me and I won't be able to function at my highest potential in class on Thursday.
im sure teachers are pretty upset by this too. now they must change their schedules and class plans for the entire day, and their personal plans after school as well as the students' must also change.
I planned my schedule for tomorrow according to the fact that the school ends at 12:30. I believe it is not right to inform the students about the changed schedule in this sudden, when they probably had planned their owns.
The delay into a full day messes with the Valentine’s Day Assembly rehearsal and the Drood musical sitzprobe. If weather conditions change, I really hope the half day could be restored.. (: It’s also supposed to be sunny tomorrow, and people had plans.
We offer you guys so many free mods. You should be thankful.
You are probably a freshman. Prepare for the next 3 years. You guys have it light.

I don't care personally because I don't have any commitments tomorrow, but I think it's unfair to students who already have plans to change so suddenly without warning or input from students. I think most people on this petition, at least, would like one more day instead of a full day.
