Every now and again we know mistreatment of our most vulnerable is highlighted in the press. (Jimmy salval in hospitals, care homes in Essex, I've read reports on incidents in special needs schools and seen footage of inside an abattoir that was so disturbing I actually co paired it to animal hell)
Having a non verbal child myself in a special school and knowing how vulnerable he is and let's face it ... Can we actually trust anyone 100% these days? It's a cruel world and I want to at least take a few steps towards protecting the most vulnerable often without a voice of their own.

My nan is in a home and I worry every single day. If they have nothing to hide why are they so against this? It would give us peace of mind knowing shes safe.

Those who do not hurt children have nothing to fear from this. Only abusers, and those who seek to hide abuse should be worried by cameras in special needs classrooms.
