Even celebrities who have had a double mastectomy due to cancer are able to get breast implants. Breasts are a symbol for many of the beauty of the female form. Give Mrs Butterworth back her breasts!
Since when did acknowledging the fact that women have breasts become Offensive or Inappropriate?!?! They should put them back on her, but at twice their original size, and then advertise....."Now with 15% MORE SYRUP!" LOL! .....Make it about "Breast Cancer Awareness"! It'll support a good cause as well as bring back the perverted joy that's been missing from breakfast!

This is a big part of history. It was meant to be a grandmother figure. Since when did women's breasts become offensive? Its ridiculous!
