2019 to now has been crazy, we know that, but there are some changes that I just can not stand for. One of them being, that Annie just stopped showing up in Popeye's commercials. Of course, I understand that Ms/rs. Weiss is a renowned actress, who may be on to better things, but her level of charm and charisma was not easy to overlook when she stopped appearing in the commercials. Personally, she was much like an aunt to me, and was a joy to see on my T.V. when my program wasn't on. Not to mention, these recent commercials have had an indescribable... undertone to them, don't you think? Sure, it's kind of funny to see an old black man get excited over the great taste of Popeye's, or maybe even sing, but I don't really see anybody... else doing that, do you? Basically, bring Deidrie Henry Angela Weiss back to the Popeye's scene as Annie, please.
