Neighbours, BruDa is a new small restaurant that opened at 492 College Street in November 2011. We, the owners (Victor Brum and Neil Da Costa), started this venture after a combined 20 years of working on College. This experience has allowed us to understand, appreciate and respect the College Street neighbourhood. As part of the dining experience at BruDa, we are hoping to open a small back patio at the restaurant. As a new and small business, a patio license is a vital tool to ensure our viability. As veterans of the restaurant industry, we are simply operating as a restaurant – NOT A  BAR. Our request for a patio license would include self-imposed limitations such as: - NO MUSIC - LIMITED SEATING - PATIO CLEARED OF ALL PATRONS AND STAFF BY 10:30pm These limitations are our way of showing the justified respect to our neighbours and community.
