1. Greetings Broward County Residents, Miami Dade County Commissioners recently passed a law that require more transparency from HOA’s in their county. This new law requires HOA’s to publicly file financial statements and structural reports on a yearly basis. Please sign this petition to get this law passed in Broward County. I’m sure many homeowners can attest that there needs to be more transparency in our HOA’s.
