- Greetings Broward County Residents, Miami Dade County Commissioners recently passed a law that require more transparency from HOA’s in their county. This new law requires HOA’s to publicly file financial statements and structural reports on a yearly basis. Please sign this petition to get this law passed in Broward County. I’m sure many homeowners can attest that there needs to be more transparency in our HOA’s.

The stories shared by homeowners regarding their experiences with local associations confirm the urgent need for consistent financial oversight. I am currently compiling these accounts to present to the Broward County commissioners as evidence for our proposed policy change.

The consistent growth of this movement signifies that homeowners are united in the demand for accountability. It is clear that the lack of financial transparency in our associations is a concern that resonates across the entire county.

Resident of the Manors of Inverrary! It's definitely time to change up a few things for the better. Why continue to increase maintenance fees which the condition of the property isn't a reflection of those higher fees? The security company is trash, the club house needs to be redone, the gym needs need new equipment , the tennis court needs to be power washed. I can go on and on but the point is change needs to happen soon. The condition of this property is horrible.
I am the president of my community, we have been full transparent, and we want and we ask the leaders in Broward to expect the same!!!
