Why continue to increase maintenance fees which the condition of the property isn't a reflection of those higher fees? The security company is trash, the club house needs to be redone, the gym needs need new equipment , the tennis court needs to be power washed. I can go on and on but the point is change needs to happen soon. The condition of this property is horrible.
