CONCERNED Brooks & Area Citizens for the Return of Births Offered at our Hospital. As I am sure most of you are aware, the Brooks Hospital is no longer delivering babies, other than in emergency cases, sending women to other centers, the closest being an hours drive away - for prenatal care, and delivery. Which raises concerns, with many of us, about the safety of our women and children. We all know the problem, lets be a part of the solution. The more signatures we have, the more powerful our voice is to people such as MP, Hospital Admins, Media, Government Officials, etc. We need to let these people know, that we are standing together as a community to voice our opinions, in order to bring deliveries back to the Brooks Hospital. We want serious attention addressed to this matter. We also feel the general public is not being informed of the details on this situation. Hopefully, with our numbers we can make a difference and bring about change.
