Emory is a liberal arts school, yet it only offers a handful of the most crucial courses, the Visual Arts. Out of 7,803 students at Emory(2015-16), only about 15 students are able to enroll in one of the 8 total visual arts courses. Where is this variety in courses that Emory claims to offer? Where is this creativity that Emory claims to have in its mission statement? This is a petition that attempts to make a change and bring more art courses to the Emory curriculum.
