This petition is to generate enthusiasm and support for the understanding, desire, and creation of hands-on Pixologic ZBrush training courses to prepare digital artists for the world and profession of digital sculpting with one the most robust 3D sculpting, modeling, texturing, and animation software packages in the industry, at Cañada College in Redwood City. It would be a genius move to add this software package to a host of necessary software required for Digital Art and Animation degrees and certificates.

• Learning how to choose from a wide variety of brushes with different settings all required to achieve various effects necessary to create lush and believable shapes and forms

• Painting from Spotlight to implement textures from photographs directly onto your sculpt! "Pixols" software technology allows for instantaneous painting techniques without the need for UVs, retaining color, height, and material data without the need for UVing.

• When it comes time to export models for animation, ZBrush has the most efficient method of laying down polygons along your sculpt, directly snapping to the surface.

• Projecting higher resolution detail, baking details from subtools directly onto your new polygonal model, retaining as much data as you allow.

• Exporting models out of ZBrush for UV layout or have their UVs managed directly in ZBrush itself.

• Overall, become confident and comfortable navigating the ZBrush interface, exporting and importing geometry, UVs, materials, subtools and more.
