Trader Joe's corporate has confirmed they are finalizing a lease agreement for a location here in Springfield. We have achieved our target and I am now transitioning to monitoring the construction timeline to ensure this moves ahead as promised.

I drive to St. Louis to shop to find items Trader Joe's carries that I can not find in Springfield, Illinois. Aldi's does very well here and HyVee which is the equivalent of Whole Foods is doing extremely well
Yes! Springfield would love Trafers Joes! It would be enormously successful here! Many people make pilgrimages to Chicagoland or St. Louis with their cooler chests but would love to shop at a local Trader Joes on a regular basis!
Dear Trader Joe's please come to Springfield Illinois there are many of us here who would love to see you open being from Southern California sure do miss Trader Joe's awesome selection of groceries
There is a large number of health conscious lovers of good food in Springfield, IL and in the environs who would enthusiastically support a Trader Joe's. Please come!
I really hope you take a careful look at this location. Springfield is well positioned on two interstate highways with a stable white collar economy and very affordable housing. You would draw from numerous metropolitan areas.

I am from Springfield IL. I now live in NC. Thinking strongly about moving home, since I have family there. I really enjoy Trader Joe’s here in NC. Springfield is a large city, and I would like to see TJ’s come there!
