What do we want... AFFORDABLE GYMS! When do we want them... NOW!
Here in the Upper Valley we have do not any options for affordable workout locations; memberships for clubs in the area are astronomical. The cheapest option is almost $50 a month with small facilities!
West Lebanon has many open buildings that would be perfect locations for a Planet Fitness. A space like the empty JCPenny would be an ideal location (large building and parking lot with easy access the the highway). The closest Planet Fitness locations to the Upper Valley are about 1 hour away, which is not easily accessible for most people.
Bringing a Planet Fitness to West Lebanon will provide many with an outlet after being inside and isolating for an entire year. While people are still worried about being around large crowds, Planet Fitness has a "commitment to clean" with strict policies about cleanliness and distancing making it safe for all.
Please sign this petition and share with others in the Upper Valley who are sick of the expensive gyms taking advantage of our wallets - we want $10 monthly memberships for the same equipment! We can do this together!

This would be wonderful! I actually contacted Planet Fitness a few years ago to ask if they could come to Lebanon.
It would help so many of us to be able to have a gym we can go to that isn't so expensive. I was going to the Aquatic Center but after three months I decided it was to expensive. I really enjoyed going and staying healthy so having another place to go to would be great!!
I used PF for years when I lived down on the seacoast and manchester areas. Was sad to let my membership go due to lack of PF gyms around here. Have not joined another gym due to expense- would love to have a planet fitness!
Belonged to Planet Fitness in southern Connecticut and loved it. Can’t believe a New Hampshire based business doesn’t have a location in the Upper Valley.
I grew up 5 minutes from a PF. I went 1-2 a day for 7 years. I moved to the upper valley 7 years ago and hasn’t been to the gym since. The upper valley needs a convenient, affordable and clean gym like Planet Fitness provides!
I have been a member and canceled after waiting for years to see one in leb

A Planet Fitness would do wonderfully for our area. A clean, safe & well staffed fitness center is not only ideal for our physical well being but can also bring our community members together through the socialization.
