On May 27, 2025, at 1 PM, my father was taken by ICE without warning. They gave no explanation to my family, no reason, no information about where he was being taken or why.
This has caused deep distress, not only for our family, but for the many communities he’s a part of.
We are asking for your support. Please sign this petition to help bring Nich home.
Would like to bring nich back home because not only that he was a good friend of my dad and a great brother of my uncle but he was also a mentor. He inspired me to have morals, not to let anybody disrespect any of your family or yourself please bring nich back home. -Ramon Cervantes/ Rj

Human beings must not be used as tools in political posturing. Nich and Laotian refugees have every right to due process. Anyone involved with any shred of humanity left will ensure he is released back to his family and treated as we were taught by Jesus to treat our neighbors.

Please reunite Nich with his family. He came to the US as a refugee decades ago to escape violence our nation helped create. This is wrong and unacceptable

Release Nich immediately so he can return to his family and community here in RI, where he belongs. Immigrants woven into our communities are what make this country great, period. His family in RI needs him. His community here needs him. We care and will not you continue to commit this violence with our taxpayer money.
