This is only a law we need in wv. Berkeley county. It's not only motels but all businesses that continue having drug activity and does nothing about it this is not about just shutting any motel down.

Its about time some1 is speaking up about this herion has gotten Out of control...i have custody of 3 kids my neices n nephew due to herion its sad...bio mother cont having more kids father in prison.shut down the hotels n i support this all the way...

The drugs around martinsburg has gotten rediculous I have lost several friends over the past few yrs to overdoses and it seems like nothing is being down someone needs to shut these people down for good it is always someone's mother son daughter or father in these overdoses it needs to be brought to someone's attention

I Live on the same block . I have taken needles out of my fenced in yard . Everyone knows these motels are drug infested , they rent rooms by the hour . I would much rather she it be a drug rehab than to keep enabling the drug problem and nothing being done to stop it . SHUT THEM DOWN . MAKE IT A REHAB

Motels need to be held accountable For What goes on at their establishment they know what goes on there they see the activity going on and their parking lot so if they say they don't I don't believe them too many deaths have gone on for too long and something needs to be done

I was once involved in drug activity. I gave seen first hand what goes on in both motels. I can say for a fact. The motel owners of both places do in fact know what goes on. They do enable everything and do nothing at all to prevent anything that has been taking place for at least the past 10+ years. This must change!!!

Please stop the drugs
