Over the past few years our community and our property has been terrorized by break-ins, theft, attempted theft. These acts have included two break -ins at the water department, a break-in at one of our convivence stores, an attempt to sell stolen goods at Crystal's, water theft, a break-in at the food bank, an attempted theft of heavy equipment, attempted theft of an ATV and a theft of a 45 pistol. This is just a few of the problems that our community has been putting up with since at least June of 2024 with little or no help from the County. Even on the occasions when the Sheriff's department has done a complete investigation and turned the case over to the County Prosecutor, the County has declined to prosecute because they were not sure they could get a conviction. We have even tried to get Community Development and the health department involved due to violations on their property, nothing has happened. These acts have all been perpetrated by one family that lives in our community. If you are concerned and want to push the County to act more aggressively protecting please sign this petition and if you have a story, please add it. Once we have enough signatures we will send this petition to the County asking for help. If you care about our community, please help.

I have lived in Aguila for almost 60 years and the thrives are getting worse i was attacked by one a reported it to the sheriff department and so far nothing had been done.we all know who they are but nothing is ever done. Aguila definitely needs full time Sheriff's in town who give a damn about what is happening.

I’m against any form of theft, and even more appalled by lack of the sheriff’s and the county from doing anything to take action and arrest or prosecute these thieves. They are dangerous low life and with no water or electricity they are a health issue to the people around them. Do something authorities to eliminate this situation.

My family owns property next to this family and they have broke in and stolen from us!! They live in their vehicles, have no running water, and at times no power. They use the neighbors utilities illegally. This family needs held accountable for their actions!

Stealing from anyone is unacceptable, but from the food bank is a new level of low. They should be prosecuted for all their thefts period.

It is so frustrating that our local La Paz county sheriff's department is unwilling to step in! These people are now armed and dangerous and still they have done NOTHING. Our quite neighborhood is no longer a safe place! I urge everyone to rally together and stop this family from continuing to reek havoc in our community.

Keeping our WENDEN neighborhood safe. How many times do we need to have these people break the law and NOT have local law enforcement’s to NOTHING ABOUT IT. This guy now has a stolen gun and loaded clips. And why has the FBI not been called in. The stolen construction equipment would have been in that that cost bracket??
