On the property of San Marcos High School stands a 5G tower emitting harmful millimeter waves which can cause a significant amount of health problems. Non- Ionizing radio frequencies from 5G cell towers are carcinogenic to humans- meaning it causes cancer. Radio Frequencies are absorbed by and pass through living systems that contain water, putting humans at a high risk for the development of cancer. Pregnant women and children are most vulnerable to harm due to their immature organ systems. Reports of electro sensitivity from the effects of millimeter waves have been rapidly increasing since the introduction of 5G. Symptoms include: headaches, insomnia, dizziness, nausea, lack of concentration, pulling sensation in the scalp, memory loss, and depression. I spent the entire afternoon reading through the comments here and honestly my heart just sinks because people are clearly feeling sick and ignored. It is baffling that the school keeps insisting these invisible frequencies are fine when so many people are reporting actual pain and dizziness right in their own homes.

I honestly never thought we would actually see this kind of momentum when I first typed up my frustrations about the tower sitting right there by the school. Reading through all your experiences makes me feel so much less crazy because it is wild how many people are feeling the exact same symptoms I have been dealing with lately. This is finally gathering real steam and I am just sitting here staring at the screen in complete disbelief that people are actually listening to us.

My niece goes to this school and complains about headaches all the time now. Get it out of there.
Too much radiation for our children to be around. Take it down immediately.
The tower is unnecessary and causes health issues lon terms... Not much more to say.
Petitioning to remove the 5G tower as it offers no benefit to the population and overtime harms us
I believe that these towers are extremely bad for public health and should not be placed on or near school grounds!!
It's a shame that they would jeopardize the health of young students like this.
