This petition calls for Governor Roy Cooper and Greensboro NC City Council to remove 5G towers in our neighborhoods. The health of the people and the environment is of greater importance than the financial gain, and "faster internet" which telecommunication companies claim to be necessary. 5G will substantially increase exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) including the 2G, 3G, 4G, WiFi etc. already in place.
The warnings and hazards for human health and environmental consequences of this technology can not continue to be ignored by our local leaders. Countless scientists, doctors, and health care practitioners as well as American citizens have raised concerns about the dangerous levels of radiation emitted by this technology. EMFs can affect your body’s nervous system function and cause damage to your cells. Cancer and unusual growths may be one symptom of very high EMF exposure. Other symptoms may include:
- Sleep disturbances, including insomnia
- Headache
- Depression and depressive symptoms
- Tiredness and fatigue
- Dysesthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation)
- Lack of concentration
- Changes in memory
- Dizziness
- Behavior change
- Irritability
- Loss of appetite and weight loss
- Restlessness and anxiety
- Nausea
- Skin burning and tingling
- Changes in an electroencephalogram (which measures electrical activity in the brain)
- Pressure sense head/ears
- Sharp pains head/ears

I'm a living witness of 5g tower radiation. I've been diagnosed with breast cancer from Radiation Disease. The only exposure I can attribute this illness to is the Radiation from cell towers and Microwaves. This radiation disease is very debilitating. I have constant headaches, heart aches and can't function when in the environment of these cell towetowers, cell phones or any electronics using Wi-Fi.
A horrific form of energy that at the very least causes cancerous cells not to over turn. Eye diseas, mental illness. Basically radiation sickness. And that's without the deeply concerning led light deployment issues. Americans are being controlled. This form of light was 1st tested on man in Nevada. Las Vegas as we know it today is the result. It stated in Vegas for a reason. Feel like we're all in sin city now? Time going by faster? You're correct. Both....must...go.
I do not consent to having these installed on our whenua
These towers are causing health issues. We do not consent. Stop the 5G tower installation
These are hazardous to our existence, they HURT! Every State needs a safe zone to escape this insane torture. Just because everyone can't feel them doesn't mean they are safe. Some of us FEEL them & it is extremely painful!!!
Moving 5 towers should not be so hard to move, if it comes to being moved for high ranking golfers they would do it immidistr

I watched my wife suffer daily from the effects of these towers.. These Cell tower must be removed from our communities. I prefer health over large companies profits. Life is more valuable.
