I have been sending these signatures over to the corporate office to show them how many people in Lubbock are hungry for a change. It is honestly overwhelming to see so many of you backing this simple idea. Thank you for making me feel like I am not the only person who dreams about their menu.

I never liked cheesecake until I tried it from The Cheesecake Factory. Simply THE BEST !!!

My family and I would absolutely love to see a Cheesecake Factory come to Lubbock Tx. I believe it would do amazing!!
