This town of 12,000 residents and 10,000 students has only four fast food restaurants, which have been here for 20-30+ years. McDonald's, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and Taco Johns.
So many of us are tired of the same fast food all the time.
Taco Bell has such a great taste compared to the 'other' taco place here with the freshest ingredients. One thing that amazed me the most when i first tried Taco Bell was the ice cold lettuce & tomato which was great with the hot meat. I never had that at the 'other' place and it was fantastic!!
If this town can have 7 coffee shops, it can handle 2 Mexican fast food restaurants!
Please consider coming to Vermillion South Dakota

The feedback I get from people around town is exactly the same as how I feel about our limited options. I am exhausted by the same redundant meals but I am not ready to quit pushing for a change.

A variety of food choices would be amazing. Taco Johns /Great Escape is great for potato ole’s, churros and steak sandwiches but I’d love to get a Nachos Bell grande and cinnamon crisps !!! They serve different food and cater to two different markets. It’s a win win for all.
Please bring a Toco Bell to Vermilion because it also will bring a Kentucky Fried Chicken. Which we need instead of more coffee places !!
I would eat at Taco Bell more than anything fast food place in vermillion I’m sick of the same fast foods! I’ve lived here all my life an I highly agree Taco Bell is a must for this town
I’m so for it When I lived in Kentucky, I had choice of TJ and Taco Bell TacoBell my fav I have wished for vermilion to have one since I moved here years ago
I would love for a Taco Bell to be in Vermillion!! It is better than Taco John’s and more job opportunity (with good job benefits) for college students/community. I am all for it please bring Taco Bell to Vermillion we would be forever grateful!

love taco Bell. I worked at taco Bell in my teenage years. would like to work again at taco bell if you come to Vermillion, SD PLEASE.....
