I am a really old Nana flying in to watch my Grandaughter graduate in the 2015 class and I would be very disappointed if I didn't see her wearing her nurses cap that she worked so hard to get.
I believe that we should be able to wear our cap ! It lets us stand out from the rest and it shows the pride and happiness it brings knowing that we have completed a long and hard journey
If I had the chance to wear my cap during my own graduation, then so should they! It doesn't make sense to deny this graduation class that tradition and opportunity to look and feel like a grad.
I don't see why a few immature individuals should have the power to take away a well deserved moment from so many people. I look forward to capping and was disappointed to find that it's been discontinued.
This is extremely disappointing. The nursing cap is a statement of a high level of achievement. Getting this taken away makes the nursing grad uniform incomplete. Bring them back!!!

I'm a graduate from 1983 and proud of my cap. The cap separates us from every other profession out there. We earned it and worked hard. The cap is a TRUE symble of a nurse...please don't getrid of it. Every graduate should recieve this special gift
