The emails I get from people who just want to visit family without overpaying are keeping me going even though I am exhausted by the silence from the company. I am currently drafting a formal request to their management to demand they explain why they are punishing everyone for the actions of a few. We are still pushing for this.

Under the T&C s when I last used the day trip. If I didn't return I'd be liable for the full return fair if I never returned within the day return. We all accept the T&Cs. How can they blame the rise of 50% on those who abuse the system. Why are they not chasing them for the money.
Bring it back to a price that will get bikers to use this service and if a person abuses the price and service penalise them and not the entire biking community.
Bring back the £25 boat fare for bikers
