For year 12 it was their last chance to have a ski day. For year 11 we had exams and were looking forward to having some fun. It is unjust that they cancelled it without proposing an alternate date.

I am still reading through the stories you all have been sharing about what this day meant for your final years. It is clear that this was about so much more than just a trip to the slopes. I am working on getting a meeting set up to discuss this properly and I am grateful that you have given me the confidence to push forward.

I really thought this would just be a small note to myself and a few friends. Seeing so many people feel the same way about our ski day is honestly overwhelming and it is entirely because you all decided to step up.

Very disappointed in this school, cancelling because the roads are too 'dangerous'
Wasn't even going on ski day lmao but i just wanted to chill.... its like the day after the mocks come on....
man, we have to have a day off. the mocks have caused a lot of stress for many students and need a rest.
This is quite unexpected and unfair on the schools part because us year 11 and 12 havent had the happiest days cause of exams so maybe they should make it that we dont go to school tommorow
It is a shame that the school is just thinking about its own safety rather than the students who have already payed for the ski trip.
